酵母菌及其破碎液对红曲色素及菌丝生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将红曲霉与不同量的酵母菌及其破碎液混合培养,研究了它们对红曲霉产红色素的影响。结果表明,向100mL液体培养基中加入12mL的酵母菌液(浓度为105个/mL)共同培养5d,可获得最大量的红色素,与对照组相比,胞外和胞内红色素含量、菌体干重分别提高了41.75%、21.24%、100%;加入4mL酵母破碎液共同培养5d,可获得最大量的红色素,与对照组相比,胞外和胞内红色素含量、菌体干重分别提高了55.99%、20.87%、19.35%。 To improve the yield of Monascus pigment,the effect of Saccharomycescerevisiaecells and their lysate on red pigment were investigated.The results showed that the maximum yield was obtained when 12 mL Saccharomyces cerevisiae(105 cells/mL)were added to 100 mL liquid medium and cultured for 5d.Compared with the control group,the content of extracellular pigment and intracellular pigment and dry cell weight were increased by 41.75%,21.24% and 100%,respectively.The maximum yield of red pigment could obtain when 4 mL Saccharomyces cerevisiae lysate cultured with Monascus cells for 5 d.Compared with the control group,the content of extracellular pigment and intracellular pigment,dry cell weight were increased by 55.99%,20.87%and 19.35%,respectively.
