摘要
应用技术大学的办学定位与特色决定了开展协同创新的必要性。从"知识三角"生态系统的视角,应用技术大学协同创新可通过协同科研、协同育人和协同产业化的深度互动实现以技术知识"生产—传播—转移"为特征的协同创新;而重构协同创新的组织格局、保障协同创新的利益共赢、提高协同创新的组织能力则是应用技术大学协同创新的实现路径。
The school-running orientation and characteristics decides that it is necessary to deploy collaborative innovation in applied technology university.From the perspective of knowledge triangle ecosystem,applied technology university can realize collaborative innovation characterized by the ＂production-transmission-transfer＂ of technical knowledge through collaborative research,collaborative education and collaborative production.Re-constructing the organization pattern,assuring the common-win of benefits and enhancing the organization abilities are the main paths for collaborative innovation of applied technology universities.
