猫传染性鼻-结膜炎实验室诊断方法研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 猫传染性鼻-结膜炎是由杯状病毒科（Caliciviridae）疱疹病毒属（Vesivirus）的猫杯状病毒（Feline calicivirus,FCV）引起的猫及猫科动物重要呼吸道传染病,其主要症状表现为结膜炎、急性口腔溃疡、上呼吸道炎症和慢性胃炎等.自1957年Fastier首次分离鉴定FCV以来,在欧洲、美洲、亚洲均有发现,目前已呈世界性分布[1-2].猫被认为是该病毒的自然宿主.猫杯状病毒的显著生物学特征是仅有一个血清型,同时具有丰富的抗原多样性,遗传变异性也很强,这成为猫杯状病毒及时诊断和有效防制的一大难题.对病毒进行分离鉴定是确切诊断该病毒的惯用方法,对病毒抗体的检测在日常研究中也较为常见.
