摘要
目的:分析和探讨中医外治法治疗胃肠道肿瘤术后胃肠功能障碍的方法和疗效。方法:通过回顾近5年来中医外治法干预胃肠道肿瘤术后胃肠功能障碍的临床研究,从术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气排便时间、初次进食时间及术后胃肠道症状等方面,总结中医外治法的疗效。结果:中医外治法治疗胃肠道肿瘤术后胃肠功能障碍疗效确切,操作简便,具有一定优势,较常规治疗能显著缩短胃肠功能恢复时间。结论:目前研究中仍存在一定不足,应严格控制可能影响疗效的相关因素,采用更加客观、合理的评价指标,进一步深入研究其作用机制,以提高临床疗效。
Objective：To analyze and investigate the validity of the external therapy of traditional Chinese med-icine（ TCM） for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor patients with postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods：This article reviewed the research of external therapy of TCM for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor patients with postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction during recent 5 years.We summarized the clinical research status of external treatment of TCM from the aspects of postoperative bowel sounds recovery time, the first time of exhaustion and defecation and the time for the first meal and postoperative gastrointestinal symp-toms .Results：The curative effect of external therapy of TCM on gastrointestinal tumor patients with postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction was accurate and the operation was simple,and it had certain advantages.Compared with the conventional treatment,it could significantly shorten the gastrointestinal function recovery time.Conclu-sion：We should strictly control the related factors which may affect the curative effect in order to make up for the deficiency of the present study,and adopt a more objective and reasonable evaluation index and have further study of the mechanism to improve the clinically curative effect.
