摘要
为推动贵阳市农民专业合作社发展提供理论参考,通过对贵阳市南明区、白云区、乌当区、开阳县和息烽县农民专业合作社进行实地调查,归纳分析其发展现状及存在的主要问题。表明:2008年以来贵阳市农民专业合作社在推动产业发展、提高农民技能水平与增加农民收入等方面实现了一定的发展,但在内部运行与外部环境两大方面仍然存在发展障碍。对此,应从政策扶持、技术扶持、合作社能力建设等方面加强对农民专业合作社建设与发展的扶持。
The development status and existing main problems of farmers＇ professional cooperatives were analyzed by surveying farmers＇ professional cooperatives in Nanming District,Baiyun District,Wudang District,Kaiyang County and Xifeng County in Guiyang to provide a theoretical reference for development of farmers＇ professional cooperative. The results showed that farmers＇ professional cooperatives have been playing the certain role in promotion of industrial development,improvement of farmers＇ skill level and increase of farmers＇ income since 2008 but there are still development obstacles in interior operation and external environment.The countermeasures of policy support,technical support and cooperatives＇ capacity construction to strengthen the support for construction and development of farmers＇ professional cooperatives are proposed at the same time.
