摘要
加强工程造价控制是提高建筑企业经济效益的主要手段,本文在充分研究建设工程造价控制存在主要问题的基础上,阐述建设工程造价管理失控的原因,从而提出改进建设工程造价控制的具体对策。
To strengthen project cost control is the primary means to improve the economic efficiency of architecture enterprise. This paper fully studies the major problems in construction cost control, on this basis elaborates the causes for the construction project cost management out of the control, and puts forward specific measures in order to improve the construction project cost control.
