头孢曲松钠联合地塞米松治疗患儿化脓性脑膜炎40例临床分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨头孢曲松钠治疗患儿化脓性脑膜炎40例效果观察。方法:选取2013~2014年收治的小儿化脓性脑膜炎感染住院患者40例,随机分成两组,每组20例。对照组单纯采用静脉滴注头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组在静脉滴注头孢曲松钠的基础上加入地塞米松治疗,观察两组患儿治疗后效果。结果:观察组患儿的体温、外周白细胞计数及脑脊液白细胞恢复正常时间与对照组的相比,均缩短明显(P〈0.05)。结论:头孢曲松钠联合地塞米松治疗患儿化脓性脑膜炎疗效明显,不良反应少,值得在临床推广。
