摘要
目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折的患者行人工股骨头置换术的护理效果。方法选取该院2011年1月—2013年7月间50例人工股骨头置换术治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,将其依据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,研究组给予术前心理、饮食等护理,术后加强病情观察,预防并发症护理,指导早期功能锻炼。对照组给予常规护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果研究组Harris评分优良率为84.0%,对照组Harris评分优良率为72.0%,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前研究组和对照组的临床护理满意度比较差异无统计学无意义;护理后研究组与对照组的临床护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折行人工股骨头置换术的患者加强针对性的护理是可行的,能够提高患者的临床护理满意度,从而更好的促进其早日康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect on elderly patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur treated by artificial femoral head replacement. Methods 50 elderly patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur underwent artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from January 2011 to July 2013 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The study group was treated with mental nursing, diet nursing and so on before the operation, and strengthened observation of the condition, nursing for preventing complications, guidance of early functional exercise after the operation.The control group was treated with the conventional nursing. And the nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results The excellent and good rate of Harris score of the study group was 84.0%, while that of the control group was 72.0%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The difference was not statistically significant in clinical nursing satisfaction between the two groups before nursing（P〉0.05）, but that was statistically significant after nursing（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur, strengthening the targeted nursing is feasible, which can improve the satisfaction with clinical nursing of the patients thereby better promoting the early recovery of the patients.
