摘要
水问题是宁夏经济社会发展的根本问题,水资源的可持续利用决定着宁夏经济社会发展和生态环境的可持续发展。通过分析宁夏水资源现状和经济社会可持续发展对水资源的需求,从中长期和战略角度论述实现水资源可持续利用的现实途径。
The water issue is the essential issue of the economic and social development in Ningxia and the sustainable utilization of the water resources determines the sustainable development of Ningxia＇s economic and social development and the ecological environment. Based on an analysis of the present situation of the water resources and the demand of sustainable economic and social development for water resources, the realistic way to realize the sustainable utilization of the water resources is discussed from a long-term and strategic perspective.
