摘要
利用SDS-PAGE电泳技术,对来自CIMMYT、法国和非洲的156份小麦(Triticum aestivum Linn.)种质材料进行HMW-GS组成分析,了解所引进的外国小麦种质资源的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMWGS)组成,为小麦杂交亲本选配提供参考依据。结果显示,共检测到17种亚基等位变异和37种亚基组合类型,总体品质平均分为7.72分,其中40份材料的评分为10分。CIMMYT材料的品质平均得分最高,达到8.68分,而法国材料品质平均得分只有6.96分。这批材料的亚基变异和组合类型丰富,优质亚基和多个优质亚基组合出现频率较高,可用于提高本地小麦品种优质HMW-GS的分布频率,改善小麦加工品质。
In order to provide references for matching parents, the compositions of High-Molecular-Weight Glutenin Subunits (HMW-GS) of 156 foreign wheat(Triticum aestivum Linn.) lines from CIMMYT, France and Africa were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The results showed that there were 17 types of subunits and 37 types of subunit combinations. The average quality score was 7.72. Forty lines scored 10. The quality score of wheat lines of CIMMYT was the highest, with an average of 8.68. Wheat lines of France had the lowest average quality score of only 6.96. In total, there were high polymorphisms in alleles of HMW-GS and subunit combinations. The frequencies of quality subunits and combinations were high. These foreign wheat lines can be used to increase the frequency of quality HMW-GS in local wheat lines and to imorove the orocessing quality of wheat.
