挥发性有机物泄漏检测与修复技术规范体系的设想研究 被引量:14

摘要 泄漏检测与修复技术对于控制工业企业无组织挥发性有机物排放效益明显,通过分析泄漏检测与修复技术的国内外发展状况,结合该技术在实际操作中的相关要求,提出建立和完善包括工业企业泄漏元件编码原则、泄漏检测与修复操作技术规范、泄漏检测与修复核查与评估方法、LDAR技术泄漏量核算方法以及LDAR技术信息管理系统接口规范在内的挥发性有机物泄漏检测与修复技术环境管理规范体系的整体设想,以促进挥发性有机物总量减排和环境空气质量改善。 The benefit of leak detection and repair for controlling unorganized emissions of volatile organic compounds is obvious,through the analysis of the technical development status at home and abroad,combining with the actual operation requirements of leak detection and repair,This paper put forward the whole concept to set up and perfect the environmental management norm system of volatile organic compounds leak detection and repair technology.
