肾移植术后BK病毒相关性肾病合并环孢素中毒1例报告

摘要 BK病毒（BK virus,BKV）属多瘤病毒（polyomavirus）家族成员,是导致肾移植术后移植肾肾病的重要危险因素之一。随着全球肾移植手术的广泛开展,由BKV感染导致移植物功能受损,进展为BK病毒性肾病（BK virus-associated nephropathy,BKVN）而导致移植肾丢失的病例报道逐渐增多。
