摘要
分析了直流和交流电压下绝缘介质内部电场的分布特性。通过支柱绝缘子的二维轴对称模型对比了是否考虑绝缘支柱内部恒定电场情况下,支柱绝缘子均压环表面的电场分布情况。根据对比结果,选择表面场强较大的情况作为直流场的电场分析方法,以考虑较为极端的情况。以昭通±500 k V换流站为研究对象,根据其直流场的实际模型,建立有限元仿真模型,通过计算得到了直流场内出现较大场强的部位以及对应的场强值。对这些金具的起晕校验结果表明所选直流场在电晕控制方面存在较大裕度。本研究对直流场金具的优化设计提供了一定的指导。
The electric field distribution characteristics inside insulating medium under both DC voltage and AC voltage is analyzed separately. Based on an axisymmetric model of post insulator, the surface electric field distributions of corona ring are compared under the condition that considering and not considering the steady electric field inside the insulating support. According to the comparison result, the analysis method with higher surface electric field value on the corona ring is chosen to calculate the electric field inside the DC field, in order to consider extreme condition. The DC field of Zhaotong -+500 kV converter station is taken as an example, FEM model are built according to the real arrangement, the part of the larger field strength in DC field the corresponding field intensity value are obtained by calculation. Corona verifies results of these fittings indicate that the fittings inside this DC field have big margin in corona control. This research provides some guidance to the design and optimization of power fittings inside DC field.
