摘要
以3-甲基-4-硝基苯甲酸为原料,经酯化、还原、硝化等10步反应合成了4个新型的联苯四氮唑沙坦类化合物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和MS表征。
Four novel biphenyl tetrazole Sartan compounds were synthesized by a ten-step reaction of esterification,reduction,nitrification and so on from 3-methyl-4-nitrobenzoic acid. The structures were characterized by ^1 H NMR,^13 C NMR and MS.
