摘要
为探究黄芪多糖(APS)、甘草多糖(GPS)、白术多糖(RAMPS)、党参多糖(CPS)、人参根皂甙(GS-R)和人参茎叶皂甙(GSLS)的免疫增强作用,本研究将114只ICR小鼠随机分组进行实验.持续给药2周后免疫注射O型口蹄疫疫苗2次.二免后1~5周每周检测血清抗体.结果表明6种提取物口服均可不同程度提高小鼠口蹄疫抗原特异性IgG及其亚类(IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG3)的水平.其中口服GSLS (0.5 mg)、APS (25 mg)和GPS(25 mg)小鼠的抗体效价为1∶640、1∶640、1∶320,分别是对照组小鼠抗体效价(1:80)的8倍和4倍,具有显著性(p<0.05).本研究为GSLS、APS和GPS的增强疫苗免疫效果提供了实验依据.
In order to study the immunological enhancement of the polysaccharides (APS, GPS, RAMPS and CPS) and saponins (GS-R and GSLS) prepared from Astragali seu Hedysari Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Codonopsis Pilosulae Radix, root or stem-leaf of Ginseng, respectively, a total of 114 ICR mice were divided into 19 groups with 6 animals in each. The animals were orally administered APS, GPS, RAMPS, CPS, GS-R and GSLS for 4 days and then immunized twice with foot-and-mouth disease vaccine with 2-week interval, a control group administered with saline. During 5 weeks after the second immunization, blood samples were weekly collected for detection of antibody responses. Results indicated that 6 herbal extracts enhanced the responses of specific IgG and the subclasses (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3) at different levels. The animals administered with GSLS (0.5 rag), APS (25 mg) and GPS (25 mg) were found to have IgG titers of 1:640, 1:640 and 1:320, respectively, which were 8 or 4 folds high than that in the control mice (1:80) with significant difference (p〈0.05). The findings are of significance for improving vaccination using APS, GSLS and GPS.
