摘要
目的:优选戊己胃漂浮缓释片的提取方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,以芍药苷、盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱及吴茱萸次碱的含量为指标,对提取方法、提取溶剂、提取溶剂浓度和提取时间进行考察。结果:优化的提取条件为以纯甲醇为提取溶剂,超声提取30min。结论:优化提取工艺简便、稳定合理可行,为戊己胃漂浮缓释片提取方法及质量控制提供了较好的实验依据。
Objective ：To select the preferable extraction method of Wuji gastric floating sustained-release tablets. Method：We examined the extraction protocol, solvents and their concentration, and extraction time by HPLC, using the content of paeoniflorin, berberine hydrochloride, evodiamine and rutaecarpine as an index. Result：The best extracting method is ultrasonic extracting 30 minutes with pure methanol as extracting solvent. Conclusion：The selected extracting process is simple, stable and reasonably practicable. This process provides a good experimental basis for the extracting method and quality control of Wuji gastric floating sustained-release tablets.
