摘要
目的:总结中医药治疗胃溃疡的临床研究进展。方法:由第一作者用计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库和Pub Med中近10年相关文献,检索词分别为"中医药、胃溃疡、临床"和"Traditional Chinese medicine,gastric ulcer,clinical",检索式分别为"并"和"and"。结果:共检索到中文文献1100篇,英文文献25篇,根据文献筛选标准剔除重复及不规范的文献,共纳入20篇文献。结论:中医药治疗胃溃疡的临床研究以辨证分型、专方加减、中西医结合、中医其他方法治疗的内容为多,这为广大中、西医工作者们提供了一定的临床研究依据与参考。
Objective： To summarize the clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treating gastric ulcer. Methods： First,the author searched the literatures from CNKI database,Articles Database and Pub Med database of the last 10 years.The key words were traditional Chinese medicine,gastric ulcer and clinic in Chinese and English. The retrieval type was in Chinese and English. Results： A total of 1100 articles in Chinese and 25 articles in English were obtained and 20 articles were included according to the literature selection criteria,removing repeated and non-standard articles. Conclusion： Among the clinical researches of traditional Chinese medicine treating gastric ulcer,most are differential treatment,modified basic prescriptions,the integrated traditional and Western and other methods of the traditional Chinese medicine. And it provides a certain amount of clinical foundation and reference for the majority of Western and Chinese medicine practitioners.
