摘要
目的分析cT增强造影剂外渗原因分析，探讨有效的防治措施。方法选取行cT增强扫描的患者1500例，观察外渗发生情况，总结体会。结果1500例患者中仅2例发生造影剂外渗，经硫酸镁湿敷，抬高制动及心理疏导，72h后恢复正常。结论医护人员做好增强前、中、后的各项预防工作，能够避免和减少造影剂外渗现象的发生，避免医疗纠纷。
Objective To analyze the potential reasons for leakage of contrast medium in in contrast-enhanced CT scan, and to investigate related preventions. Methods A total of 1500 patients underwent contrast-enhanced CT scan, and leakage of contrast medium were recorded. Results Two eases was observed with leakage of contrast medium, and treated with magnesium sulphate. Conclusion The sense of responsibility of medical stuff contributes a significant role in the prevention of the leakage. The prevention measures should be enhanced in whole process of contrast-enhanced CT scan.
