摘要
为了解移动图书馆使用和服务情况,笔者以华东交通大学图书馆读者为研究对象,通过问卷方式从读者基本信息、读者使用移动图书馆情况、读者对移动图书馆服务满意度三方面进行随机抽样调查。结果表明,华东交通大学移动图书馆服务中存在宣传不足、无免费上网环境、学术资源不足、资源更新度不够、搜索设置不完善等问题。因此,需要加强培训宣传力度、加快校园免费无线网建设、充分利用昌北高校图书馆联盟、完善移动图书馆的功能,来有针对性地解决问题。
In order to know the use and service of mobile library, this paper took readers of East China Jiaotong University as the research object. Through questionnaire method from readers basic information, readers use mobile library, the mobile library service satisfaction of readers to carry on the random sampling investigation . The results showed that there was a lack of publicity, no free internet environment, lack of academic resources, insufficient resources update degree and search setting imperfect in East China Jiaotong University mobile library services. Therefore,we need to strengthen the training of propaganda, to accelerate the construction of the campus free wireless network, to make full use of Changbei Academic Library Alliance and to improve the function of mobile library to a targeted manner to solve the problem.
