摘要
从材料形式与原理两方面对几种主流的3D打印技术进行了详细的对比与分析。研究表明:基于液态形式的三维立体光刻技术具有最高的精度,但可用材料较少且成本较高;基于粉末形式的3D打印技术可用于对结构稳定性要求高的工件制作;而基于薄片形式的分层实体制造技术可用于对精度要求不高的批量制造。
This paper compares and analyzes several familiar three dimensional printing technologies in detail from the material form and principle,and acquires some results. The 3D Stereo Lithography( SL) based on liquid material can be used to obtain the higher accuracy but the cost is high and the scope of the optional material is small. 3D printing technology based on the powder material can be applied to the manufacturing part which needs high stable structure. The laminated object manufacture( LOM) technology based on the sheet material can be applied to batch manufacturing of the part with low accuracy.
