摘要
在酸性介质中,根据盐酸托莫西汀对KIO4-H3PO4-H2O2的化学发光的增敏作用,建立了流动注射化学发光测定盐酸托莫西汀的新方法.该法的化学发光增敏值△I与盐酸托莫西汀的质量浓度在9.0×10–8~7.0×10^–6g·m L^–1范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为1.0×10^–8g·m L^–1.结合固相萃取样品前处理技术,该方法被成功用于血浆及尿样中盐酸托莫西汀的测定.
A new flow-injection chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of atomoxetine hydrochloride based on the enhancement of the chemiluminescence emission intensity from KIO4- H3PO4- H2O2 system in an acid medium. The linear range for atomoxetine hydrochloride was 9.0×10^-8~7.0×10^-6g·m L^-1 and the limit of detection was 1.0×10^-8g·m L^-1. Combined with solid phase extraction of sample pretreatment,the proposed method has been successfully used to determine the atomoxetine hydrochloride in plasma and urine.
