摘要
目的研究分析药物流产患者阴道出血的原因,对中西结合治疗方式的临床治疗效果进行探讨。方法 2012至2013年我院共有176例阴道出血患者接受研究,我们将患者分组为实验组和参照组两组,参照组患者接受的是西药治疗,实验组患者接受西药治疗以及中成药治疗,根据两组患者的临床治疗效果来进行比较分析。结果经过治疗后,实验组患者的治疗有效率是91.95%,参考组患者的有效率是64.04%。结论药物流产治疗患者临床中会有阴道出血、子宫内膜修复异常、宫缩乏力等症状,我们为患者使用中西结合的治疗方法来改善患者的这些症状具有比较好的效果,临床中可以推广使用。
Objective To study the analysis of the causes of vaginal drug abortion hemorrhage in patients with clinical treatment effect, treatment of Chinese and western is discussed in combination with.Methods In our hospital from 2012 to 2013 a total of 176 cases of vaginal bleeding in patients receiving study, we will patients were grouped into the experimental group and the reference group of two groups, the reference group patients received is the western medicine treatment, the experimental group received therapy of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, according to the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients are compared and analyzed.Results After treatment, the treatment of the patients in the experimental group the effective rate was 91.95%, the effective rate of reference group of patients was 64.04%.Conclusion Medical abortion clinical therapy will have vaginal bleeding, endometrial repair abnormal uterine contraction, fatigue and other symptoms, we use a combination of Chinese and Western methods of treatment of patients to improve patients these symptoms has a good effect, can be widely used in clinic.
