摘要
本文指出了中国推进城镇化所面临的可持续发展三要素即人口、资源、环境方面的挑战,并结合新世纪以来江西省推进城镇化的成就与问题,提出中国城镇化要走可持续发展之路,要遵循城镇化发展规律,提出以人为本、创新驱动、深化改革、集约发展、低碳发展、智能发展的发展战略。
In promoting urbanization, China faces the challenges of population, resources and environment, which are the elements of sustainable development. Based on the achievements and problems that appear in the process of urbanization in Jiangxi Province, this paper suggests that the urbanization must take the road of the sustainable development in China and abide by the principles of urban development. The development strategies of people-oriented and innovation-driven, deepen reform, intensive development, low-carbon development and in-tellectual development are proposed here.
