摘要
目的:比较研究过氧化氢溶液结合不同粘结系统,以纤维桩核修复前牙残冠残根的远期效果.方法:选取前牙残冠残根患者153例,共计180颗患牙,按是否使用过氧化氢溶液蚀刻纤维桩及采用粘结系统不同,随机分为4组,即过氧化氢+全酸蚀组;过氧化氢+自酸蚀组;直接全酸蚀组;直接自酸蚀组.使用玻璃纤维桩、树脂核及常规烤瓷冠修复.随访观察1~2年,统计各组残根冠的治疗成功率并进行统计学分析.结果:无论是否使用过氧化氢,全酸蚀组的成功率与自酸蚀组的差别没有统计学意义(P>0.05).使用过氧化氢表面处理纤维桩(蚀刻组)的成功率为97.7% (88/90),而不使用处理剂组(对照组)成功率为85.5% (77/90),经)x2检验,使用过氧化氢表面蚀刻纤维桩可以显著影响修复疗效(P<0.05).结论:纤维桩核修复前牙残冠根时,使用过氧化氢溶液蚀刻纤维桩可以加强远期成功率;而全酸蚀系统或自酸蚀系统的选择与否未见明显影响.
Objective To evaluate the effect of hydrogen peroxide treatment and different bonding systems on the survival of residual crown and roots. Methods 180 residual roots were chosen to restore and were divided into two groups with hydrogen peroxide treatment or no hydrogen peroxidetreatment.In each group, two bonding systems were both used. After dowel restoration,all teeth were restored with resin core and ceramic crowns.The success rate of prostheses was observed after 1 to 2 years and the data were analyzed by X^2 test. Results The success rates for hydrogen peroxide group and no hydrogen peroxide group were 97.1%(88/90) and 85.5%(77/90) respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups.However, among the 15 failed teeth,7 teeth were with the total etch system while 8 with the self etch system.Kind of bonding system did not significantly affect the survival of residual roots (P〉0.05). Conclusion It is alternative to restore residual crown and roots with either kind of bonding system depending on the operation aim and hydrogen peroxide treatment on glass fiber post will significantly increase the success rate of pulpless residual roots compared with no surface treatment.
