摘要
为实现天津市武清区大气环境相关观测数据的智能化管理,确保科研数据的安全管理和科学使用以及为科研人员提供更多的数据信息和资源,提出开发一套完善的数据库管理系统和监控显示平台,从设计方向、设计原则、关键技术、各功能模块技术等方面论述了系统的设计与实现。
In order to fulfill the objective of intelligent management of atmospheric environment observation data in Wuqing District,Tianjin to ensure both the safety management and scientific utilization of scientific research data and offer more data and resources to researchers,the paper proposes a database management system and a monitoring display platform. From the perspectives of design orientation,design principle,key technologies,function modules and etc,design and realization of this system were described.
