德氏乳杆菌对育肥猪生产性能、血脂指标及粪和组织中总胆固醇和总胆汁酸含量的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Lactobacillus delbrueckii on Performance,Serum Lipid Indexes,Total Cholesterol and Total Bile Acid Contents in Feces and Tissues of Fattening Pigs

摘要 本试验旨在研究德氏乳杆菌对育肥猪生产性能、血脂指标及粪和组织中总胆固醇(TC)和总胆汁酸(TBA)含量的影响。试验选用健康、平均体重为(65.34±3.64) kg的杜×(长×大)育肥猪120头,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂无抗基础饲粮,试验组饲喂无抗基础饲粮+0.1%德氏乳杆菌制剂。预试期7 d,试验期42 d。试验期间,依次采集育肥猪在第14、28和42天的前腔静脉血(每组公母各3头),第12~14天、第26~28天和第40~42天的新鲜粪便(每重复);试验结束后,每重复选取1头体重接近平均体重的阉公猪进行屠宰,分离肝脏、背最长肌和心脏。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)及料重比(F/G)无显著差异(P〉0.05),而腹泻率和发病率则极显著或显著降低(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。2)试验第14、28和42天,2组间血清TC、甘油三酯( TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL-C)含量和HDL-C/LDL-C差异不显著( P〉0.05),而血清TBA含量在试验第14和42天差异显著( P〈0.05)。3)试验第12~14天,试验组粪中TBA含量显著提高( P〈0.05),TC含量极显著降低( P〈0.01);第26~28天,2组间粪中TBA和TC含量差异不显著(P〉0.05);第40~42天,试验组粪中TBA含量较对照组显著提高(P〈0.05),TC含量差异不显著(P〉0.05)。4)2组间肝脏、心肌和背最长肌中TC含量以及肝脏中TBA含量差异不显著( P〉0.05)。结果提示:饲粮中添加0.1%德氏乳杆菌制剂具有改善育肥猪生产性能和血脂状况、促进粪胆固醇和胆汁酸排泄的功效。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Lactobacillus delbrueckii on performance, serum lipid indexes, total cholesterol and total bile acid contents in feces and tissues of fattening pigs. A total of 120 healthy crossbred Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshire) fattening pigs with the average body weight of (65.34± 3.64) kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 pigs per replicate ( half male and half female) . The control group was fed a basal diet without antibiotics, while the experimental group was fed the basal diet added with 0.1% Lactobacillus delbrueckii. The pretest lasted for 7 days, and the experiment lasted for 42 days. On days 14, 28 and 42 of experiment, one pig ( each group included 3 male and 3 female pigs) was selected from each replicate to collect anterior vena cava blood, and in the period of day 12 to day 14, day 26 to day 28 and day 40 to day 42, fresh feces of each replicate was collected. At the end of experiment, one pig of each replicate whose weight was closed to the average body weight was selected to slaughter for isolating liver, longissimus muscle and myocardium. The results showed as follows:1) compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in average daily gain ( ADG ) , average daily feed intake ( ADFI) and the ratio of feed to gain ( F/G) ( P〉0.05) , but the diarrhea rate and morbidity were reduced extremely significantly or significantly in the experimental group ( P〈0.01 or P〈0.05) . 2) There was no signifi-cant difference in the contents of serum total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyceride ( TG ) , low density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( LDL-C) , high density lipoproteincholesterol ( HDH-C) and the ratio of HDL-C to LDL-C be-tween the 2 groups on days 14, 28 and 42 ( P〉0.05) , but the content of serum total bile acid was decreased significantly on days 14 and 42 ( P〈0.05) . 3) During the period of day 12 to day 14, compared with the control group, the fecal TBA content in the experimental group was significantly increased ( P〈0.05) , but the fe-cal TC content was extremely significantly decreased ( P〈0.01);from day 26 to day 28, the contents of fecal TBA and TC in the experimental group were not significantly different from those in the control group ( P〉0.05); from day 40 to day 42, the fecal TBA content in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P〈0.05) , but there was no significant difference in the fecal TC content between the 2 groups ( P〉0.05) . 4) Compared with the control group, the TC content in liver, myocardium and longissimus muscle and the TBA content in liver in the experimental group had no significant differences (P〉0.05). In conclusion, these results indicate that diet added with 0.1% Lactobacillus delbrueckii can improve the performance and serum lipid status, promote the fecal cholesterol and bile acid excretion of fattening pigs.
