摘要
目的研究眼外伤患者医院感染的危险因素及预防措施,为临床工作提供理论依据。方法调查2007年4月-2014年4月眼外伤7 034例住院患者临床资料,选取发生医院感染的住院患者50例作为感染组,另选取同期住院未发生医院感染眼外伤的50例患者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者的医院感染相关危险因素,并探究相应的干预措施。结果眼外伤患者的医院感染率为0.71%;患者年龄、致伤原因、发生眼外伤到实施手术的间隔时间、侵入性操作等与眼外伤患者发生医院感染具有相关性(P<0.05);年龄<14岁和>60岁、植物性有机物致伤、外伤至手术间隔>3d及手术中有侵入性操作为眼外伤患者医院感染的高危因素。结论针对危险因素给予相应的预防和处理,可显著降低眼外伤患者发生医院感染的概率。
OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors for nosocomial infections in patients with ocular trauma and put forward prevention measures so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical prevention of the nosocomial infections. METHODS The clinical data of 7034 patients with ocular trauma who were hospitalized from Apr 2007 to Apr 2014 were investigated,then 50 hospitalized patients with nosocomial infections were assigned as the infection group, meanwhile 50 ocular trauma hospitalized patients without nosocomial infections were set as the control group;the related risk factors for the nosocomial infections were observed,and the corresponding intervention measures were formulated.RESULTS The incidence of nosocomial infections was 0.71% in the patients with ocular trauma.The incidence of nosocomial infections in the patients with ocular trauma was associated with the age,causes of trau-ma,interval between onset of ocular trauma and surgery,and invasive operation （P〈0.05）;the less than 14 or more than 60 yeas of age,Vegetal organic matter injury,interval between onset of ocular trauma and surgery more than 3 days,and intraoperative invasive operation were the high risk factors for nosocomial infections in the pa-tients with ocular trauma.CONCLUSION It is necessary to take targeted prevention and treatment measures in re-sponse to the risk factors so as to remarkably reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in the patients with ocu-lar trauma.
