摘要
综采工作面在推进过程中,遇到断层、褶曲等地质构造时,通常会采取适当下切或留底、割顶等调整措施,使顶底板形成平缓的侧斜或缓和的曲面。但是,由于受采煤机司机操作水平等诸多因素影响,现场生产过程中,会出现采煤机下切量过大,导致输送机槽下栽过度,无法正常推移的情况。本文介绍了一种采用单体液压支柱配合钢丝绳套吊输送机槽的方法,可以快速有效地解决因采煤机下切量过大,导致输送机槽下栽过度,无法正常推移的问题。相比于一般利用液压支架及钢丝绳套吊输送机槽的方法,更有利于顶板,特别是破碎顶板的维护。

This paper introduces a method that single hydraulic prop with steel wire rope hang scraper conveyor trough, it can quickly and efficiently solve the problems that scraper conveyor trough excessively incline and fail to work due to the large amount of incision. Compares with the method of using hydraulic support with steel wire rope hang scraper conveyor trough, this method is more conducive to roof control, especially maintain the broken roof.
