摘要
调研70所有代表性的图书馆网站,分析网站营销研究进展;结合营销案例和特色,从一站式检索、个性化导航、多媒体版块、首页关注读者需求情况、与社交网络工具结合五个方面分析图书馆网站采用的营销策略;提出提高网站营销效果的建议。
With a survey on 70 libraries' websites, this article studies those websites' marketing processes and analyzes their marketing strategies in the aspects of one-stop searching, personalized navigation, multimedia columns, concerns on information need of readers presented on home pages, and social networking tools. Then, some suggestions are proposed on improving website marketing.
