高压脉冲水射流割缝半径及影响半径的测试方法 被引量:4

摘要 为了更好掌握高压脉冲水射流割缝切割范围与影响范围,增强高压脉冲水射流在各煤层的适应性,获得合理的射流割缝参数,对平煤股份十矿己15煤层高压脉冲射流割缝深度及影响半径进行了测试,得出当喷嘴直径为3 mm、泵压为20 MPa、出煤量大于4 t时高压脉冲水射流割缝半径为1 m,其影响半径为4 m,为优化工作面穿层高压脉冲射流割缝钻孔的布置、进一步强化瓦斯抽采效果提供依据。 To master the cutting scope and influence scope of the high pressure pulse water jet cutting well, enhance the adaptability of high voltage pulse water jet in the coal bed ,get reasonable jet cutting parameters ,tests were carried out on the cutting depth and radius of influence for the high pressure pulse water jet in VI 15 coal seam of Pingdingshan No. 10 Coal Mine. A conclusion was drawn that,when the diameter of nozzle is 3 mm,the pressure of pump is 20 MPa,and the coal mining quantity is larger than 4 t,the slot radius of high pressure pulse water jet is 1 m,radius of influence is 4 m. These conclusions can provide basis for layout optimization of slotting bore- hole, and the further improvement of gas drainage effects.
