摘要
随着国内外各种自然灾害以及恐怖主义袭击事件的频发,应急通信系统越来越受到重视。对应急通信系统的特点、发展现状进行了阐述,并结合当前国内应急系统亟需解决的突出问题提出了政府主导建设,公用通信网逐步具备应急通信属性和尽快制定应急通信标准三点建议。
Along with the domestic and foreign various frequent natural disasters and terrorist attacks,emergency communication system has been paid more and more attention. In this paper,the characteristics of emergency communication system are discussed,the developing situation is expounded,combined with the current domestic emergency system needs to solve the outstanding problems. And several suggestions are put forward.
