激光诱导击穿光谱定量分析土壤中Cu的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用激光诱导击穿光谱技术测定并分析了土壤中铜元素的激光诱导击穿光谱特性,确定了最佳特征谱线.以Cu I 324.75 nm分析线为特征谱线,绘制了定标曲线,相关系数为0.98,并评价了方法的准确性,测量误差在10%以内,计算得到铜元素的理论检测限为13.61μg·g-1,低于土壤环境质量标准中农业用地土壤无机污染物重金属Cu的含量小于100 mg·kg-1的规定. In order to investigate the capability of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy for the detec- tion of heavy metals in soil samples, the spectral characteristic of Cu element was analyzed using Nd: YAG laser under optimal conditions, and the optimized spectral line of Cu I was obtained with the wavelength of 324.75 nm in this experiment. Moreover, the calibration curve was established with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.98. Meanwhile, the relative error evaluated from the results obtained from the LIBS experiments for the detection of Cu element is less than 10%. The theoretical detection limit of 13.61 μg·g^-1 was calculated intensively, which is lower than the threshold value of 100 mg · kg^- 1 used in the environmental quality standard in agricultural land in China for Cu element in soil samples.
