摘要
目的：研究中医治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2012年8月～2014年3月间我院收治的消化性溃疡患者93例，分为两组。对照组应用西医治疗，观察组应用中医治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果经过治疗，观察组Hp根除率、总有效率、复发率与对照组相比明显较低，两组临床效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论消化性溃疡应用中医治疗效果显著优于西医，复发少，安全性高。
Objective The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on peptic ulcer is to be analyzed. Methods Choose 93 patients with peptic ulcer who are treated in hospital from August 2012 to March 2014 and separate them into control group and study group. The patients in control group are given Western medicine treatment, while the patients in study group are given traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Then observe and compare the treatment effects of the two groups. Results The Hp eradication rate, the total efficiency and the relapsed incidence in study group are clearly lower than the counterparts in control group after treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups are quite different, such a differential has statistic significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment is much more effective and safe to cure peptic ulcer than western medicine treatment with less relapsed incidence, which is worthwhile of being applied and promoted.
