摘要 为了解荞麦研究现状和发展趋势,通过检索SCI收录的荞麦研究相关文献,分析了1903年至2014年期间荞麦研究的相关动态.数据表明:荞麦研究文献数量逐年攀升,近20年呈现剧增态势;研究领域涉及食品科学技术、农学、化学、营养学以及药理药剂学等多个学科;荞麦文献发文量居前10位的国家以及发文机构集中在日本、中国、美国、俄罗斯和波兰等荞麦主要栽培国;日本学者Ohnishi O和斯洛文尼亚学者Kreft I以总发文量47篇位居荞麦研究核心作者首位;高频引用文献与荞麦抗氧化特性、对铝的耐受及去除能力与荞麦功能性成分的药理药效等研究相关. In order to investigate the current status and future trends of buckwheat research,the literature from Web of Science about buckwheat cited by Science Citation Index Expand( SCIE) since 1903 to 2014 were investigated. The results showed that the number of buckwheat articles was increasing annually,and bloomed in recent two decades. The major research areas included food science technology,agronomy,chemistry,nutrition,pharmacology,pharmacy and so on. The top ten countries and institutes of publishing papers on buckwheat were the main countries that grew buckwheat,like Japan,China,the United State,Russia and Poland.The Japanese author Ohnishi O and Slovenian author Kreft I published forty-seven papers,and were both at the first place in top ten core authors of cited articles on buckwheat. The highly cited literatures on buckwheat were mainly related to antioxidant activity,the ability of detoxifying aluminium,tolerance to aluminium and the pharmacological effects of functional components.
