摘要
为避免聚酰胺交联网络因极易受强氧化性物质的破坏而降低复合反渗透膜的实际运行性能和寿命,以传统的复合反渗透膜为基础,在聚酰胺脱盐层表面引入具有致密交联网络结构的聚乙烯醇(PVA)阻隔涂层,制备得到PVA-聚酰胺复合反渗透膜。系统研究了不同Na Cl O含量对反渗透膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,PVA-聚酰胺复合反渗透膜在质量浓度100 mg/L和1 000 mg/L的Na Cl O溶液的冲击下,其耐氧化能力均超过50 g·h/L,表明PVA-聚酰胺复合反渗透膜具有优良的抗氧化性能。
The performace of composite reverse osmosis (RO) membranes decreased when aromatic polyamide (APA) skin layer was attacked by oxidizing substances. The polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)-APA RO membranes prepared from PVA was introduced to APA-RO membranes. Furthermore, effect of NaClO concent and immersion time in NaCIO solution on the structure and performance of RO membranes was studied. The results showed that the oxidative resistance of PVA-APA RO membranes was more than 50 g .h/L when they were immersed in 100 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L mass concentration of NaClO solution.
