1658例婴幼儿缺铁性贫血调查分析 被引量:40

摘要 目的:调查婴幼儿缺铁性贫血患病情况和相关因素,为降低婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的患病率提供依据。方法:对2013年3月~2014年2月来医院儿保门诊进行规范化健康体检的1658例6~36月龄婴幼儿进行调查分析,血红蛋白〈110g/L作为儿童贫血诊断标准,测定血红蛋白含量并计算贫血患病率。结果:缺铁性贫血患病率为26.6%,其中轻度贫血占95.5%,中度贫血占4.5%,各年龄患病率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),母孕期是否贫血、是否接受育儿指导、6个月内喂养方式、辅食添加情况、呼吸道和消化道反复感染等方面的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:婴幼儿缺铁性贫血患病率仍较高,现状不容乐观,加强孕期营养、指导科学育儿、开展健康教育对降低婴幼儿缺铁性贫血患病率有重要意义。
