摘要
本文针对我国科研领域的管理分散和创新效率不高等问题,分析了科技体制改革的动向和发展科研管理知识协同的必要性,在探讨了知识协同内涵与相关特征之后,深入研究知识协同的主要内容和相关要素,并以此梳理了科研管理知识协同的概念框架、要素框架和层次关系框架,以期勾画出科研管理知识协同的基本轮廓。
By focusing on the problems of scattered management and the low-level innovation efficiency,the paper analyzes the direction of the science and technology system reform and the necessity ofdeveloping knowledge collaboration in the scientific research management. After the discussion on theconnotation, related characteristics, main contents and related elements of knowledge collaboration in thefield of science and technology research, it thereby delineates the knowledge collaborative conceptframework, elements framework and the relationship framework of the key mechanisms in the scientificresearch management, in order to draw a basic outline of knowledge collaboration in the scientificresearch management.
