精准的时间基准是雷达等电子装备实现精确探测的基础。本文介绍了时间的单位、计量时间的设备、时间的标准、世界统一时间的形成,并介绍了雷达授时方法与授时网络,重点阐述了授时产品在装备中的应用,包括授时产品在网路化协同探测、电力系统、军用通讯和军用网络中的应用。
Accurate time reference is a basis for the radar equipment to realize precision detection.The unit of time,time measurement device,time standards,formation of unified world time as well as radar time service methods and network are introduced. The applications of time service products in the networked cooperative detection,power system,and military communication and network are expatiated.
