摘要
子宫肌瘤是育龄女性中的常见病、多发病,容易诊断,但需个体化治疗。高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)技术为子宫肌瘤的治疗提供了一种新选择。目前HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤的原理明确,临床应用也取得了一定的治疗效果及经验。但HIFU治疗是微无创的新技术,仍有很多问题存在。其中,HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能的影响就是一个研究的热点问题,尤其对有生育要求的子宫肌瘤患者更具有重要意义。该文就HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能的影响研究进行综述。
Uterine fibroids are the most common tumors of the female reproductive tract, They are easy to diagnose, but require individualized trearment. High intensify focused ultrasound （HIFU） provides a new choice for the treatment of uterine fibreids. Currently, HIFU treatment has achieved a certain therapeutic effect and provided some experiences. However as a new micro noninvasive technology, there are still many problems, one of which is the influence of HIFU on ovarian function, remaining a hot spot problem, and especially for the patients with fertility requirements. Here is to make a review of the researches about the influence of HIFU on ovarian functionduring the treatment of uterine fibroids.
