摘要
利用CFD软件建立了顶吹转炉炉内流场的三维数学模型。通过对该模型模拟结果的全面分析,研究供氧压力对O2射流以及钢液流场的影响。模拟结果表明,随着供氧压力增大,O2射流马赫数变大,高速段变长,但多股O2射流间干扰效应只有在处于设计氧压时最弱。O2射流的变化规律又进一步对钢液流场造成影响,在低于设计氧压时(0.7MPa),流场流动性较差,而在高于设计氧压时(0.9MPa),钢液流场也无明显改善。
A 3D transient numerical model of molten steel and oxygen flow was built using CFD software.Through this model the effect of oxygen pressure on oxygen j et and molten steel flow was analyzed comprehensively.The simulation results show that the oxygen j et Mach number and the high-speed range increased with oxygen pressure rising.But the disturbance caused by multiple jets coalescence was the weakest only under designed oxygen pressure (0.8 MPa).Moreover,jets under different oxygen pressures had further effect on the molten steel flow.Lower ox-ygen pressure (0.7 MPa)led to low speed molten steel flow,while higher oxygen pressure (0.9 MPa)could not ob-viously improve the flow field of molten steel.
