颈源性头痛治疗新进展 被引量：36

摘要 目前头痛患者逐年增多。严重头痛可使患者的工作能力和生活质量显著下降,甚至丧失生活信心。头痛的病因复杂,其中颈源性头痛在头痛患者中占有相当大的比例。随着现代医学的不断发展,颈源性头痛的治疗方法和效果也得到不断提高,但神经阻滞疗法仍占主导地位。本文回顾最近几年有关颈源性头痛的国内外文献,综述颈源性头痛的最新研究进展,希冀为临床工作上提供更多的参考。
