摘要
为使浮选药剂按工艺要求及时和准确添加,设计一种基于PLC的自动加药机。该自动加药机结构简单、维护方便、拥有较好的精准度、可靠性、重复性和自适应性,设计方案易于实现,适用于需精确加药的工业过程。
In order to adding flotation reagent timely and accurately according to process requirement,this paper presents a design scheme of the automatic dosing system which based on the PLC. The automatic dosing machine has simple structure,easy maintenance,which has good precision,reliability,repeatability and adaptability and easy to implement. It is suitable for the industry process which needed accurate dosing.
