摘要
参考生态补偿机制在许多领域的成功案例,进而制定出适合辽宁海域的海域生态补偿机制。分别从海域生态补偿机制的基本思路、重难点进行研究,制定出适合具有流动性、复杂性、广泛性的海域特征的生态补偿机制。
Based on the current ecological compensation mechanisms, we establish the ecological compensation model for Liaoning seas. The ecological compensation mechanism is with fluidity, complexity and universality.
