摘要
目的临床研究高位瘘管切开结扎＋支管浮挂引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘患者的疗效分析.方法：本文以入院接受治疗的86例确诊为复杂性肛瘘患者作为研究对象,并对这86例患者随机分为采用高位复杂性肛瘘手术治疗以主管切开挂线,支管浮挂引流;术毕在切口皮下及结扎处底部注射长效止痛剂43例.另43例行主管切开挂线,支管切开或缝合治疗.手术之后每位患者都使用头孢呋辛（86例均无过敏）、甲硝唑静滴3-5天,便后配合中药局部熏洗后换药,以更好的对患者的伤口愈合.结果：高位瘘管切开结扎＋支管浮挂引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘患者在整个治疗过程中,患者疼痛明显较对照组轻,且疗程较短,治愈率较高,可以较大程度减少病人的痛苦,也为患者节省治疗成本.结论：高位瘘管切开结扎＋支管浮挂引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘患者具有较好的临床治疗效果,值得进行临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the curative effect of high ligation of the fistula incision clinical research ＋ branch floating hanging drainage in the treatment of highcomplex anal fistula patients. Methods： 86 cases of this paper to hospital for treatment for complex anal fistula patients as research object, and the 86 patients were randomly dividedinto with high complex anal fistula operation in the treatment of head cut hanged line, branch floating hanging drainage; postoperative incision and ligation in subcutaneous injection atthe bottom of long acting analgesic in 43 cases. The other 43 cases of incision line supervisor, branch or incision suture in the treatment of. After operation all patients use cefuroxime（86 cases allergic）, metronidazole intravenous drip of 3-5 days, then combined with traditional Chinese medicine fuming washing after local wound, in order to better on the healing ofthe wounds of patients with. Results： high fistula incision and ligation ＋ branch floating hanging drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula patients in the whole course oftreatment, the pain of patients was lower than the control group of light, and a short course of treatment, high cure rate, can greatly reduce the pain of patients, but also save the cost oftreatment for the patient. Conclusion： high ligation ＋ branch floating hang fistula incision drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula patients have better clinical therapeuticeffect, is worthy of clinical application.
