摘要
目的探讨流程管理在精神科保护性约束管理中的应用效果。方法将在精神科住院并实施保护性约束患者150例按病区以均衡原则分为观察组78例、对照组72例。对照组按照常规实施保护性约束,观察组在采用常规方法基础上,按照保护性约束流程对患者进行保护性约束及解除约束管理。结果干预后,观察组约束期间不良事件及约束相关并发症(除压疮外)发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对精神科患者实施约束流程管理,有利于保障患者安全,降低不良事件的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of process management in psychiatric protective restraint management. Methods A total of 150 patients were assigned to an observation group of 78 and a control group of 72, according to the principle of proportionality. The control group was given protective restraint through conventional methods, while the observation group, on the basis of the conventional methods, was given protective restraint through process management. Results After the implementation of process management, the adverse events and restraints related complications in the observation group were lower than the control group signifieantiy （P〈0. 05, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion It is useful to implement process management of protective restraint for psychiatric patients. It can ensure the： safety of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
