摘要
目的探索社区药学服务模式,为药师促进社区药学服务提供工作切入点。方法通过调查并分析社区药学服务现状,阐述社区药学服务重要意义,以药师工作为重心,就如何提高社区药学服务水平进行理论上的探讨。结果社区药学服务以合理用药为核心,提高药学服务水平,提高药师素质,可以使其在社区药学服务中发挥重要作用。结论只有多方面配合,不断调整知识结构,不断完善相关工作,我国社区药学服务才能得以顺利开展。
Objective To explore the community pharmaceutical care mode to provide the work entry point for the pharmacists improving the community pharmaceutical care. Methods The current status of the community pharmaceutical care was analyzed by investigation and the important significance of the community pharmaceutical care was elaborated. How to increase the pharmaceutical service level with the pharmacists work as the work focus was theoretically discussed. Results The community pharmaceutical care focused on the rational drug use,the increase of the pharmaceutical care level and the pharmacists quality,all of which made the pharmacists play an important role in the community pharmaceutical care. Conclusion Only with the multiaspects coordination, continuous adjusting the knowledge structure, continuous perfecting of the related work, the community pharmaceutical care in our country could be carried out smoothly.
