摘要 主要研究了红外热像仪可靠性的设计技术。分析了红外热像仪的常见故障,建立了红外热像仪典型的可靠性模型。理论分析了可靠性的主要限制因素及其影响程度,提出了高可靠性红外热像仪的设计方法,并给出了试验验证结果。最后对比介绍了国内外典型红外热像仪可靠性的增长情况。 In this paper, the reliability of infrared thermal imagers is studied. Typical failure modes and accelerating factors of thermal imagers are summarized and a classical reliability model is established. Based on the theoretical analysis of the limiting factors, the design technologies of high reliability thermal imagers are presented, which are verified by several reliability simulation tests. Furthermore, the development of reliability of the domestic and foreign thermal imagers is introduced.
