Integrity Analysis of Natural Gas Pipeline

摘要 随着煤层气和页岩气等非常规天然气的大量开发,对管道安全提出了更高的要求。文中阐述了管道完整性的理念和管理流程,对导致天然气管道失效的危险因素和爆炸事故后果进行了分析,探讨了天然气管道完整性管理的关键技术,主要包括管道风险评价技术、基于风险的检测技术、管道完整性评价、维修与维护。在此基础上,对国内天然气管道完整性管理的发展提出了具体的建议。 With the large development of coalbed methane, shale gas and other unconventional natural gas, higher requirements for pipelines safety have been put forward. In this paper, the concepts of pipeline integrity and the management process were explained. The risks leading to gas pipeline invalidity and the accident consequences of explosion were analyzed and the key technologies of the integrity management were explored, including pipeline risk assessment technology, risk-based testing technology, pipeline integrity assessment, repair and maintenance. On this basis, specific proposals were put forward for developing the integrity management of Chinese natural gas pipeline.
