摘要
目的:本文旨在探讨阴道超声监测"桂枝茯苓丸加味"对血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者治疗作用的临床实际应用价值。方法:采用彩色多普勒超声技术监测我院76例血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者服用"桂枝茯苓丸加味"的治疗效果。结果:通过声像图可以直观,形象的观测到不同服药时期子宫及肌瘤的大小、形态及内部回声等情况。结论:经阴道超声监测"桂枝茯苓丸加味"对血瘀型子宫肌瘤的治疗作用准确、直观,在中医妇科检查中有非常重要的临床应用价值。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of Fuling Guizhi Pill, a traditional Chinese herbal drug, for patients with uterine fibroids by vaginal ultrasound monitoring. Methods ： Using vaginal color Doppler ultrasound to essay the therapeutical effect of 76patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital taking Fuling Guizhi Pill of different periods. Results ： The size, form and internal echo of uterus and uterine fibroids could be observed visualized through sonogram. Conclusion： The monitoring of the treatment through taking Fuling Guizhi Pill by vaginal ultrasound is more accurate and intuitive, which has an important guiding role on the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese gynecologic.
