摘要
为了分析煤阶瓦斯放散初速度数值与煤样坚固性系数的相互关系,采用现场取样,实验室测试的方法,得到760个煤样的挥发分、灰分、瓦斯放散初速度坚固性系数等相关关系。结果表明:瓦斯放散初速度随着变质程度的降低而降低,坚固性系数随变质程度的增高而越小,据这2个指标判定的各变质程度煤样具有突出危险性的等级为:高变质程度无烟煤>中变质程度烟煤>低变质程度烟煤>未变质程度煤;灰分的存在降低了煤样的瓦斯放散初速度△p,提高了煤样的坚固性系数,从而降低了煤与瓦斯的突出危险性。
In order to research the interrelation between coal rank gas diffusion initial velocity and coal firmness coefficient, this study adopted the on - site coal sampling coupled with lab testing, and obtained 760 different coal samples about volatile, ash content, gas diffusion initial velocity and firmness coefficient. The results show that the initial velocity of gas diffusion is decreased as the metamor- phic grade is decreased; the coal hardiness coefficient is decreased as the metamorphic grade is increased. The risk degree of the coal and gas outburst of different coal rank identified by this two index is anthracite, low volatile coal, middle volatile coal, high volatile coal in order. The existence of ash will reduce the risk of outburst because of the increased firmness coefficient and the decreased initial gas diffusion velocity △p.
